OUR PREDICTION ON UK'S CAMERON COMES TRUE

The mishandling of United Kingdom's riots have not only exposed the weaknesses of British Premiere but have more so  confirmed the predictions that we had made prior to his election last year. For a background as to what is happening in London sample this latest reports from the newspapers:
British Prime Minister David Cameron pledged Sunday a "zero tolerance" crackdown after recent urban riots, fuelling a row over plans for the US "supercop" behind the strategy to advise the government. "We haven't talked the language of zero tolerance enough, but the message is getting through," Cameron told The Sunday Telegraphnewspaper. Police chiefs in Britain criticised Cameron's decision to hire ex-New York police supremo Bill Bratton to help prevent a repeat of the violence in which five people died, saying a home-grown policy would be better. A four-day frenzy of looting and arson in London and other major English cities has sparked a nationwide debate on the causes and possible responses, with just a year to go until the capital hosts the 2012 Olympics. The Conservative premier accused some people of over-complicating explanations for simple criminality but admitted that underlying social factors including "deeply broken and troubled families" had to be addressed. (The Daily Nation, 2011. British PM in row over 'zero tolerance' Strategy. 15th August)
Last year we wrote in clear terms that David Cameron was the least deserving to be elected the UK Premiere. This was communicated through our 16th April 2010 and 2nd June 2010 posts.

Now the crisis in UK has exposed the weaknesses of this 'leader' and I doubt whether he will ever recover from this test. For sure I am personally persuaded that the riots in UK must have been orchestrated by shrewd leaders who are already convinced that Cameron was the wrong choice for UK's premiereship.

IMF WOES TO PERSIST!!

A French court ordered a probe for embezzlement and other fraud-related charges against IMF head Christine Lagarde dating to her time as France's finance minister, a prosecutor said Thursday.
The newly appointed International Monetary Fund (IMF) Director Mrs Christine Lagarde, a former French Finance minister, has been reported to be facing imminent criminal charges a couple of months since she was appointed the IMF boss. This criminal allegation has just been published in a local daily thus:
...She has denied any wrongdoing or illegality in the case which resulted in a big compensation payment for a private businessman out of public funds in 2008. Her lawyer branded the case politically motivated. The Court of Justice of the Republic, which hears charges against ministers arising during their term in office, approved "a judicial inquiry concerning Mrs Lagarde," presiding judge Gerard Palisse told reporters. It asked magistrates to investigate Lagarde's role in settling the financial dispute with a view to possible criminal charges. State prosecutors in a statement specified the charges to be investigated as "embezzlement of public funds" and "complicity in fraud" and said prosecutor Cecile Petit would formally request the probe "in the coming days". Lagarde's lawyer Yves Repiquet said the inquiry was "in no way incompatible" with her new role as managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He said he expected the case to be dismissed.
As a personality reading guru, I wish to take this early opportunity to inform all and sundry, and especially the feminists who celebrated her elevation to the stewardship of IMF. My own opinion is that I find her unprincipled and hence easily compromised by others. In these circumstance, unless other factors intervene, I doubt if she can withstand such an onslaught since she in culpable to such deals.

To me this shall not be the last of allegations that are bound to stalk and dominate her career at this prestigious institution. In this regard, my word of caution goes to the IMF Board: They should not go to sleep thinking that all is well at the  worlds prime financial center. That is, they should be prepared to closely monitor her decisions and actions lest she messes up the institution due to her wavy and capracious personality.

ZIMBABWE'S PREMIERE SAGA

The present investigative news as reported in our (Kenyan) dailies qouting a Zimbabwean Weekly, has stroke my curiosity. The news allege that the Zimbabwe Police are investigating the Zim Prime Minister (PM) Morgan Tsavangirai over a $1.5million fraud. The amount was earmarked to purchase the PM's house.
A This story has caught my attention because as a personality reading guru, this to me comes has no surprise. I find this politician quite unreliable and vulnerable to such engagements.

I am compelled to write this because I know that in a couple of years, the present PM shall be gunning for the Zim presidency. As such, I should forewarn the voters that they should not gamble with such a suspicious personality. I say so also because other than his avarice for quick riches and his very high appetite for power, he strikes me as a potential dictator once in power. That he is seen as a democratic activist, is to me, just a means to power and property: He can never be a democrat. Never!

In this regard, my advice to the voters and Zim leaders is that they should not gamble with their future by voting him when election time come.

COTE d'Ivoire's Presidential Battle: Ouattara v/s Gbagbo

The people of Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) held their democratic election run-off on November 28th 2010. Unfortunately, this West African country has witnessed what was witnessed in Kenya during the 2007/2008 elections where the now defunct electoral body, by design or default, failed to declare who between the incumbent President Mwai Kibaki and the present Prime minister won the elections. Kenya witnessed unprecedented chaos and civil strife that resulted in over a thousand deaths. The International Criminal Court, let by its 'stardom-hungry' prosecutor has been trying to apportion blame on a few individuals 'assumed' to have played a key role in the resultant mayhem. A similar situation was replayed in Zimbabawe a year after. Three years after, Cote d'Ivore is now dancing the same tune wherein the electoral body gave an 8th percentage victory to Alassane Ouattara over the incumbent president Laurent Gbagbo. Laurent Gbagbo has refused to cede office to Ouattara in spite of pressure and mediation efforts by the international community.
As the only world-wide personality reading wizard (www.personalityreading.com) and having scanned the natural personality of Gbagbo, I find him such an adamant and recalcitrant persona who may not easily hand-over power. The team of mediators should be wary of this attribute whilst negotiating for a peaceful resolution of the stalemate. What Gbagbo and the soldiers behind his refusal to accept the results of the elections should know is that naturally, Ouattara is capable of defeating him in most contests including running of a country. In other words, I personally thank the people of Ivory Coats for choosing the most suitable candidate. As presidential material, I give Ouattara 85% while Gbagbo has 74%. My urge is that they should not accept power sharing deals as it happened in Kenya and Zimbabwe since Ouattara is such an elegant personality that Cote d'Ivoire should not be denied.

Kenya's Harambee Stars Unending Woes!

The on-going CECAFA Football Tournament in Tanzania has witnessed yet another waterloo for the Kenya's National Soccer Team-Harambee Stars. As  expected, the coach Mr. Jacob 'Ghost' Mullee has just resigned. As usual, the blame-game is now at the top gear. 'Ghost' has blamed poor administration of the National Team and low resilience on the part of the players.
My own observation is that the main problem with the team has to do with discrimination in selection of players. As I see it, the players are hand-picked by a corrupt cartel largely from 'Sheng-speaking' players in Nairobi County.  I concur with the coach on the two main reasons: poor management of football in Kenya generally and; low resilience levels of players.

The question then is what next?

Fortunately, with the establishment of County Governments in Kenya, it is hoped that each County shall sponsor a team for the Premiere League and Super Leagues. This shall greatly help diversify talent so that the entrenched discrimination in selection and poor management of sports shall be contained.
On the problem of low resilience of players, I wish to inform the sports managers and fans (local and global) that my Personality Reading Formula (search Kigen at www.i-proclaimbookstore.com) holds the key to this challenge. I'm ready and willing to use my breakthrough science in personality reading to assist any country or any other team/organization/discipline to pick or  poach the players with the highest resilience.

Actuarial Science in Kenya's Mobile Sector Shares

Since the advent of the Mobile phone and the entire I.C.T revolution a decade ago in Kenya, the Safaricom  Company has been the dominant player controlling over 85% of the market share. The next competitor is Zain (which was formerly Celtel and which was initially called Kencell) currently controls a paltry 10.6% market share and has just been bought by India's Bharti Airtel. The Safaricom Chief executive is one strongman called Michael Joseph whereas his Airtel's counterpart is one Manoj Kohli.
As a human Personality Reading Wizard, I have always argued that the knowledge available in the present Psychology, Actuarial Science and all other Arts disciplines is nothing but pseudo-knowledge. That is, once one has acquired knowledge of Personality Reading, then you hardly need any other Artistic knowledge to wisely predict events. In this regard, I wish to advise the Safaricom shareholders to rethink their investments since Airtel shall soon reverse the gains made by Safaricom. My prediction is that within the next one year, Aitel shall increase their market share to over 40%. I say so because Kolhi's personality rating index is 87% is a more shrewed than Joseph whose personality index is 77%.

Paul the Octopus Soccer Predictions

There is a German mollusk or an invertebrate which has stolen the FIFA 2010 World Cup extravaganza in South Africa by ostensibly predicting the match outcomes. It was reported that it accurately predicted that Spain would win over Germany which came to be true. This does not shocks me that much since as a human personality wizard, I know how far humanity can go to fill a scientific gap. For sure, there is a prediction gap in our knowledge faculties. However, following my newly unveiled research that has been published online and available now at www.i-proclaim bookstore.com, I can confidently report that I can empirically predict the outcome of any match or contest.
My earlier predictions are available here. To predict matches or any other contest outcomes, I assess the Personality Index of both teams. For our case, since the forthcoming matches are finals, the most determining factor is the Resilience Index for the teams. In this regard, I give Netherlands an upper hand: that is, the Dutch team shall win this Sunday's game since they are more resilient than the Spaniard players. Of course that Germany shall humiliate Uruguay is a foregone conclusion. For more information visit kipkoech kigen in Face book or www.personality wizard.com.

SUPER EAGLES & NIGERIA'S PRESIDENTIAL BAN

Following the poor results by Nigeria's Super Eagles National football team at the on-going World Cup extravaganza, the acting Nigerian President has just announce a two year ban on Nigeria National team not to participate in international competitions. The majority of Nigeria's are reported to agree with this presidential ban. Nigerians, being characteristically a proud people, viewed this dismal performance as shameful and regrettable. FIFA is yet to respond to this moratorium.
Whereas I don't want to ignore the context in which this ban was pronounced, and having watched the Nigerian game plan, and having studied the personality of each of the Super Eagle's players who participated in this World Cup, I must admit that they were not football players but wrestlers  or body builders. Personality-wise, I gave the Eagles less than 60% mean score: where Brazil has 82%; Spain is leading with 85%; Ghana has 74%. The leading player in terms of personality suitability was Algeria's goal-keeper with 92% followed by Spain's Puyol at 90%, Brazil's Maicon has 88% where Argentina's Messi has 86%.
Corruption in player-selection must have been Nigeria's undoing. I wish HE. Goodwill Jonathan reconsiders his decision and instead set up a player selection commission to avoid leaving this onerous assignment to cartels.
Very soon, I shall personally embark on this task online (www.personalitywizard.com) where I offer to assist teams/employers select the best players/workers.

Cameron & Mourinho Win but their future is bleak!

Two significant events have happened lately which I must admit that they have lest me worried. The first incident was at the World political stage were the UK has elected David Cameron as their new PM. The second incident is where the former Inter Milan FC Jose Mourinho has won the most prestigious Euro-cup: the Champions Cup. And as soon as he was declared the winner, Jose has since defected to Real Madrid FC.
What worries me is that these two winners lack the personality resilience and psychological  stamina to hold such coveted offices.Whereas I correctly predicted that since Inter has the highest concentration of the most resilient players, Inter FC is the best team in the world as at now. I credit this, not to Jose, but those senior managers who do/did the scouting for Inter. The only strong point that Jose possess is that he gives his deputies and players the full support to play as they fill. Otherwise he, alongside Cameron are VERY WEAK performers on their own. That is they lack the independence of thought and action. Just follow their performances and utterances and you'll discern what I mean. Real and UK should thus learn to work as if they are absent. They should not expect much from them. My previous analyses tells it all!

BARCELONA v/s INTER-MILAN MATCH PREDICTION

In the next 13 hrs, the world footballing society shall witness one of the BEST football extravaganza:Barcelona FC shall be hosting Inter Milan FC. INTER eliminated Chelsea FC whereas Barca dismissed Arsenal FC. During their first encounter, Inter harmered Barca 3:1. Tonight Barca does have a chance to prove that they are indeed the BEST FC world-wide as many have been made to believe. In this high-level encounter, many analysts believe that the KEY MATCH determinants can be reduced the the two coaches: PEP GUARDIOLA (Barca) vs Jose Mourinho (Inter).
As the leading world Personality Reading Wizard (see my books at i-proclaim bookstore.com) I wish to say that today's clash, just like in all other individual or group contests, shall be determined by the MEAN resilience scores of the players in a team. When I watched Inter demolish my favorite team for years (Chelseafc) I credited this to higher  RESILIENCE mean of the Inter payers.
I give Inter 78% group personality resilience + aptitude scores where Barca has about 73% score. Similarly, for the coaches, I give Pep 74% and 65% to Jose. In this regard, INTER shall go through this hardest huddle. The finals may thus be between Inter vs Bayern Munich. Bayern have  personality mean of about 67%. In this regard Bayern should buy enough bags to fit the goals that they shall receive from Inter and or Barca.

UK ELECTIONS PERSONALITY ADVICE

As the United Kingdom voters prepare to decide their next prime minister in under three weeks from now, I being the ONLY real human personality reading wizard (see my books at www. i-proclaimbookstore or visit my personalitywizard.com website), and out of my love to see democracy flourish, I wish to offer my free advice to the said voters as pertains to which top three candidates is most suitable to lead this Great nation personality-wise. And at the eve of the first live debate among these contestants take place later today, I hope my advice shall be taken into account as the voters take their seats to watch this hyper broadcast. At the moment the local opinion poll gives the Conservatives a 12 point lead over and above their Labour Democrats arch rivals.
Having studied their personalities viz a vis the job that they are running for, here below are my personality percentage scores for these candidates: I give the Prime Minister and Labour leader Gordon Brown 85%; the Liberal Democrats candidate Nick Clegg  73%; and the opposition Conservative party leader David Cameron 54%. As such, if the UK electorate vote in as per the said opinion poll as carried out by the Daily Telegraph, then I predict and forewarn that UK should prepare for the weakest Premier ever.

MOSCOW'S METRO BOMBINGS

The BBC carried a photograph, sourced from the Russian Daily the Kommersant, showing the main suspect of the Moscow's Metro towers bombings on Monday the 29th of March 2010. The Russian security has zeroed in on the 17 year-old girl from Dagestan. The girl is called Dzehennet Abdurakhmanova and is believed to have been the widow of the late Caucasus militant Umalat Magamedov killed by Russian forces last year. So far, over 40 people have been killed as a result of the blast.
Having looked at her photo, and using my personality reading technology (see personalitywizard.com), I wish to concur with the Russian Security Bureau that she must have participated in this terrorist crime.

THAILAND'S DEVOUT DEMOCRATS

For the last one week, the Thai capital Bankgok has been awash with street protests that culminated in yesterday's rare show of how far humanity can go in defense of Democracy. As a sign of their devout devotion and sacrifice for DEMOCRACY the anti-PM protesters collected over 300 litres of their own blood and poured outside the Government House surrounded by thousands of military and police. These creative and committed protesters, whose majority are supporters of the ousted Premier THAKSIN SHINAWATRA, are exerting pressure on the Military-backed new Prime Minister ABHISIT VEJJAJIVA to call for an early general elections.
I being a democrat and being the PERSONALITY WIZARD, and from my Personality Reading and Personality Screening expertise, I must say I was overwhelmed by emotion when I saw on TVs those red-shirted democrats donating and eventually splashing their own blood in defense of Democracy. I was even more emphatic, empathetic and sympathetic when I discovered that the new PM does not have any ability to lead even a dozen lay people. The Thai military SHOULD therefore reconsider their support for undeserving PM.

Chelsea FC minus Petr Chech

During the 24th Feb EUFA play-off between Inter-Milan vs Chelsea FC, the former won 2:1. But that was not much news. The REAL news was that the veteran Chelsea goal master Petr Chech sustained an injury that has kept him out to date. As such, Chelsea's chances of beating Inter-Milan minus their No.1 goalkeeper, come Tuesday 16th march 2010, is quite slim. Recently, Chelsea conceded very many easy goals against Manchester City (2:4). Chelsea is now struggling to keep its top position on the Barclays Premier League title chase.
Now, as a Chelsea FC fun, I am worried that minus Petr, the prospects of beating Inter- Milan and or maintaining its league lead is very slim. As a former player and keen observer, I have always maintained that a Football team is as good as its goal-keeper.  And as a personality guru, I must admit that the reserve keeper who played against Hull city and Manchester-City is naturally weak. Of course the guru coach, Carlo Ancelotti, being a seasoned coach has shown confidence with Ross Turnbull in goal-keeping. Otherwise, the club would be advised to prepare for an imminent disaster and a waterloo were it to rely on that other keeper who should be relegated to the 5th division league.

SUDANESE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS 2010

The Sudanese are scheduled to hold democratic elections next month. Sudan has not seen lasting peace ever since it gained her independence from the British in 1957. These elections shall be followed by a secession referendum in January 2011. The current president Omar Al Bashir is wanted (a warrant to that effect is already out) by The International Criminal Court in the Haque to answer charges against humanity and his alleged role in the killings of Thousands of people especially in Darfur Region. In the coming presidential elections The SPLM Party of the former strongman, the late Dr. John Garang, may The Almighty rest his soul in eternal peace, is led  by Mr. Yasir Arman.
As a personality Guru, I must admit that I was excited having seen Mr. Yasir Arman's photo. I gave him 85% vetting score especially in consideration of the enormous challenges that await the next president of this vast and oil-rich nation of the Sudan.

STANCHART PROFITS

The recently released Standard Chartered (kenya) profits for 2009 need to be explained. This bank recorded a 42.6% pretax profits. The bank's CEO Richard Etemesi attributed this phenomenal growth to ''sticking to the basics of banking. The bank's earnings reflect prudent and proactive risk management capability''. Congrats to CEO, Board of Directors and staff of Stanchart.
Using my Personality  Reading Formula, and without ignoring the input of the other stakeholders, I find this CEO to be highly endowed personality-wise and professionally. This is a man who can excel in whatever profession and under whatever circumstances. He belongs to the super achievers whom I call the KNOWERS. Knowers are the naturally bright, wise and superb knowledge workers and leaders. Knowers are not easy to come by in a population. Bravo Mr Etemesi! I shall soon open an account with this bank since I am sure this is where to put my hard-earned money not just for business but for the credibility, integrity, rationality and honesty of its CEO.

NIGER'S JUNTA PROMISES

On the 18th Feb 2010, the Niger's long serving  president Col. Mamadou Tandja was dethroned  forcefully by the junta led by Maj. Salou Djibo. Ten days later, the junta promised to organize elections soon. In fact, Maj. Djibo having declared himself president, made a personal promise to the Nation that  ''...in this country, the time for authoritarian regime is over'' The Daily Nation. Nairobi. Friday March 5, 2010: p6.
In spite of my deep love with democracy, and in spite of my devout dislike for coups d'etats and subsequent junta rule, I received the news of the coup d'etat with a sigh of relieve since Col. Tandja had manipulated the Niger's  constitution.
However, upon seeing the junta leader's photo, I have every reason to postpone my celebration. Indeed, I am worried that these promises made by the junta may not hold. My advice therefore is for the citizenry to prepare early enough to pressurize the junta to put a time-frame to their promises. Otherwise, according to me, their 'soon' may extend beyond two years.

ARUNGA'S PERSONALITY

For about a month now here in Kenya, a prominent TV hostess has dominated news headlines for resigning her job and declaring her candidature in the political arena come 2012. She was reported to have cancelled her marriage plans but rescinded it after she'd been arrested by the local police and later handed-over to a famous local psychiatrist perhaps by her worried parents. She is now reported to have been thinking to sue her parents jointly with the local media.
My own analysis of this circus is that this is a classic case of parents, now a global phenomena mostly affecting the well-off and busy parents, living with their children for decades but failing to  decipher their REAL personalities and character. The hitherto lack of a credible personality formula aggravated this situation.
Luckily, with the advent of the Personality Reading Formula, you don't have to humiliate anybody by taking them  to a psychiatrist. All that parents need to do is to send us photographs of their children, and or the vice versa, and we shall reveal their personalities in real time.
In brief, Arunga's case would have been easily handled  by a personality expert rather than a psychiatrist. To me Ms Arunga is a sober and a highly independent-minded and rational lady capable of taking whatever personal decisions and facing resultant risks maturely. But of course it is morally wanting to imagine suing one's parents. For more information visit personalitywizard.com.

Tiger Wood's Apology

From my knowledge, research, and personality reading experience (see my personality book at i-proclaimbookstore.com), i see no reason for a tiger to apologize since a tiger is always a tiger. At no time do tigers apologize for their tigerh/wood. If YOU DOUBT ask the tigress or ask me on personalitywizard.com for explanation.

British Premiere: Gordon Brown

A minute ago, The BBC World Service radio has been discussing whether the British PM Gordon Brown is a bully and or a tough and demanding leader. My own expert explanation is that he is naturally a perfectionist and a no nonsense man. I thus support the view that tough times requires tough leaders such as Gordon Brown. And since the U.K society is build around hard work, i don't see why anyone should hurriedly brand him a bully when he asks those around him to measure up.
